your time. There are some leads on the market which contain bogus
information, are aged, have been sold to multiple brokers, or are from
borrowers that are not, and never were interested.
Lead Answer takes the following measures to ensure that our data consists of
some of the highest quality
assurance levels in the industry:
We
have a series of questions that are used specifically to
gauge and confirm each borrower's intent/interest.
At the
end of every call, our reps are required to verify the
answers to those questions as well as the contact
information, the callback appointment, and key
quantitative fields.
(Mortgage Balance, Home Value, etc.)
Our
supervisors randomly verify leads throughout their
shifts as well as monitor the agents.
Every
lead is recorded and saved for possible review. Audio
files are available to clients within 48 hours upon
delivery of any telemarketed lead and saved in our
system for up to 30 days.
If you
feel that a lead does not meet the specified criteria
(either that the prospect was not really interested or
that the information is incorrect), you can submit that
lead for a replacement, after which we will
promptly listen to the voice file and replace leads
accordingly.
